Is your team looking to elevate their performance this season? Using our staff, equipment, and training programs gain an edge on the competition and allow your athletes to reach peak performance!

We take pride in making sure that athletes focus on doing drills the right way, develop their bodies to help with injury prevention, and practice sport specific movements to maximize results. 

Training is available for teams, leagues, offices, and corporations. All group deals include an initial meeting to align goals and set expectations.

  • Available at Maxout Gym or at your training facilities


Team Training – 2x weekly training sessions with a minimum of 5 players from your team or organization. $100 Monthly Per Player

Our staff is trained in injury prevention and implement specific techniques in each session to help with flexiblity and guide each athlete on how to use proper technique.
